Then ask yourself how far and long are you willing to go?

When to go:

What type of skiing do you want to do? Conditions can be hit or miss but are often best around Feb and best to count on snow build up then too.

Are you willing to wait? Some resorts on the other hand (like the PNW) are best to storm chase.

Where to stay:

Is there a ski town close by? What do you and your crew want to do after sending it all day...

AirBnB/Vrbo? Make sure you have space for your gear, drying options, and a hot tub is always nice!

Packing Advice:

- Remember the 50 lbs. bag limit is a combo of boot and ski bag. Pretty hard to stay under with much else but helps to put boots in carry on and stuff boot bag full. Also the "Prop" method on the scale... and self check in can often help navigate around exact weight regulations. A hand scale is a handy tool to know what your working with...
